Herb socca, a new version of classic socca, revisited by chef Luc Salsedo. thanks to SoccApéro® which is a preparation made from chickpea flour, salt, water, pepper and olive oil, to make socca at home. In addition, naturally gluten-free, it will suit all diets. If you've never heard of Socca, it's a chickpea flour pancake that is eaten with pepper, still hot from the wood oven. It is part of traditional Nice cuisine! Good tasting!

Ingredients

- 1 bottle of SoccApéro® organic or conventional
- Garlic
- Rosemary

Recipe

- For 3/4 pancakes in a 24/28cm pan.
- Pour the olive oil capsule (15 ml) into the preparation, add cold water 2cm from the edge, +/- 280ml).
- Shake very vigorously and leave to cool for at least 1 hour.
- Shake the mixture again.
- In a hot pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- Pour in +/- 1/4 of the preparation (like a pancake) and brown for about 2 minutes on each side, over high heat.
- Sprinkle with garlic and rosemary and enjoy hot!
